The four houses are named, the Chief’s, The Sultan’s, The Colonel’s and the Eyrie ( Eagle Nest-so called because it’s perched up in the kopje) The description your own place in the African bush befits both the houses and the sanctuary. Besides own private compound, each of the four houses has a butler, a valet, a guide, a 4×4 vehicle and a guard (Askari).

So far no incidents have been reported for the last one year despite the numerous challenging terrains our RAV4s have been to.

Definition of day:  24 Hours however for car hire purposes we consider use of car during daylight. Eg. USD 110 per day includes use of car at night but our day is 12 hrs of daylight.  If you rent the car today at 08:00 and you return it tomorrow at 08:00 that day. However if you extend your use to 10:00 that is considered two days of hire. Also if you hire at 08:00 and return at 17:00 Hrs, that is still a day.

Advance booking is required. At the time of booking a deposit is required.

Deposit for hire: Once you have accepted our offer a deposit is required before we can confirm any booking.  The hire balance is payable on arrival at the point where you take your car.  Deposits and final payments are via bank bank account or in cash.

Refundable deposit:  USD 500 is required at the time of rental to be returned once you return the car in good condition.  This deposit is subject to waiver depending on the judgement of whoever issues you with the car.
